1. Accuracy and Disclaimer

• Astronomical Calculations: This app computes Panchang data (Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Choghadiya, and Vinchudo) offline using high-precision mathematical calculations and astronomical algorithms.
• Approximations: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the calculations, these values represent scientific approximations. Fluctuations in geographic refraction or local atmospheric anomalies may lead to variance.
• Ritual Guidance: For critical religious ceremonies, wedding mahurats, thread ceremonies, or sacred rituals, we advise you to cross-verify the timings with a traditional print Panchang or consult a local priest (Pujari/Jyotishi). We shall not be held liable for any decisions made based solely on this app's calculations.

2. Permitted Use

• This app is provided for personal, non-commercial, and informational use only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, decompile, or distribute any part of the application without prior written consent from the developer.

3. Advertisements

• The application displays advertisements served by third-party networks (Google AdMob). By using the application, you agree to receive such advertisements. You agree not to block, modify, or interfere with any advertisement displayed in the application.

4. Intellectual Property

• All layouts, icons, custom background artwork (Mandala elements, Golden Ratio dials), and original source code are the intellectual properties of the app developers (Paiphi Media). You may not reuse assets for commercial gains.
